Each team will submit a short (6 pages, 11 point font, double-spaced, standard margins) competitive analysis. The audience for this report is your client – the CEO of the company you are studying. As strategy consultants, your group will analyze the industry and the company, and start to develop some recommendations on the problem. This document should be viewed as only one piece of the total consulting project, yet it should work as a stand-alone report.

Step 1: Introduce the company and carefully explain one strategic problem that the company is currently facing (You can define the strategic problem after step 2 & 3 analyses).
