You will determine and plan how to establish your keystone habit.  You are required to keep a journal for two to four weeks, depending on the semester,  and make entries three times a week.(just do 6 entries). After you have kept a journal you will then write a reflection.  Please use the following template to answer some preliminary questions, record your log entries and write your reflection.  Please look at the entire template.
